What you will learn?
07:00-08:00: Self-practice, mantra chanting, guided meditation, and breathing practice (Pranayama)
08:30-10:15: In the morning we will practice multi styles of Yoga Asanas class. Style included: Hatha Flow Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga all classes based on alignment.
10:15-11:15: Breakfast
11:15-12:15: Class on yoga philosophy or anatomy (lectures on Indian mythology, chakra healing, mantra healing, and more)
12:15-13:15: Class on Yoga Nidra and/or the art of teaching with experienced yoga practitioners
13:15-14:00: Lunch
14:00-16:00: Rest and personal study time to gather additional know-how on yoga and spirituality
16:00-17:00: Karma yoga class
17:00-18:30: Hatha yoga class (Iyengar Style) covering yoga practice of the asanas.
18:30-20:00: Self-practice
20:00-20:30: Dinner
20:30-22:00: Relaxation time for night meditation, personal practice, live music concerts, sightseeing, and more. (Outdoor activities are not paid for by the yoga school)
22:00: Early bedtime after a successful day of 200 hours YTT course.
(Sunday is a holiday for students to relax, and explore nature and surroundings)

What do the course fees include?
Our 200 hours yoga teacher training program in Goa and Dharamshala comes in multiple pricing options. It is an all-inclusive fee that covers teacher training, accommodation, meals, and in-studio amenities like props. Below are all the details:
- 24 days (23 nights accommodation)

Yoga Course Principles and Guidelines:
- Teaching starts early in the morning.
- Respectful behaviour is always mandatory.
- Respect the rules and regulations of Alpesh Yoga School.
- Course fees are non-refundable.
- Before departure from Alpesh Yoga School, students must return all books from the library.
- Non-veg food, smoking, and drinking alcohol are not allowed on the Alpesh Yoga School premises.
General YTT Rules
- Silence should be maintained between 10 PM until the morning.
- All classes are mandatory to attend unless you are ill.
- As a part of the evaluation procedure, there will be an assessment for certification.
- Alpesh Yoga School reserves the right to disqualify any students at any time during the course for misconduct.
- Eating and drinking (anything other than water) are NOT ALLOWED in the yoga halls.
- Use of electronic gadgets (i.e., mobile phones, laptops, tablets) during lectures is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- During asana practice leave all jewellery, books, extra clothing, book bags, and purses in your room. Only yoga mats and water bottles are permitted in the yoga hall.
- Management expects all students to clear their practice space immediately following your practices.

In Ayurveda, perfect health is defined as “a balance between body, mind, spirit, and social wellbeing.” One of the first steps towards being healthy is with our food. Included in the price of the course are three simple yet wholesome, vegetarian, nutritious meals every day, Mon-Fri – 3 meals, Saturday – Breakfast only. You will get to experience delicious, traditional Indian dishes. The diet of a yogi is an important diet of good food makes us strong and positive. For example, we serve porridge, curd and fresh fruit for breakfast and rice with peas/beans/pulses, salad, and chapatti for lunch and dinner.
At our yoga ashram, all of our food served is strictly vegetarian with no exceptions. This is because in yoga we believe in non-violence (Ahimsa).
Accommodation
Experience a true yogic lifestyle at one of our yoga training centres in Dharamshala and Goa. We provide comfortable and beautiful accommodation at both of our locations. We understand the importance of rest, especially after a long day of asana practice. Living in close embrace with nature will bring peace to the mind. Our staff works hard to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Most of our rooms have a private balcony and you can avail of a private or shared room with double beds. Also, remember if you are booking and sharing a room with a friend or a family member, you can avail a special discount.
