各キャンパスへの行き方
ゴア・アランボールへ
From Tokyo or Osaka you will connect once, most often through a Southeast Asian or Gulf hub, into Mumbai or Delhi and then on to Goa (GOI). Arambol is about ninety minutes north of the airport.
ダラムサラ・バグスーへ
Route through Delhi, then take the domestic flight to Gaggal (DHM), about forty minutes from the shala, or the overnight bus to McLeod Ganj.
ビザ
インドのビザについて
Japanese passport holders can apply for the Indian e-Visa online. A tourist e-Visa is the correct category for a residential teacher training. Because the validity runs from the grant date rather than the arrival date, apply after your dates are confirmed.
時期
おすすめの時期
Batches run October to March. The Japanese new-year period and the spring break both fall inside our season. Goa is dry and warm across those months; Dharamshala is cold from December, and genuinely cold in January.

Is the Yoga Alliance certificate useful in Japan?
Yoga Alliance registration is the credential most Japanese studios recognise, and RYT-200 is the standard entry qualification. Completing a 200-hour course here registers exactly as it would anywhere else. The training is taught in English — that is the honest constraint, and it is worth being confident with spoken English before committing to a month of anatomy and philosophy in it.

どちらのキャンパスが向いているか
Students coming from Japan often want the traditional and quiet end of what we offer, which points towards Upper Bhagsu. Arambol is warmer, more social, and easier as a first trip to India.
