What Will You Learn During The Pranayama & Meditation Course In India?
Fundamentals of Pranayama
The Prana determines the state of our body, mind, and soul. It flows through thousands of subtle energy channels called ‘nadis’ and energy centers called ‘chakras’. The quantity and quality of Prana and the way it flows through the nadis and chakras determines one’s state of mind. If the Prana level is high and its flow is continuous, smooth, and steady, the mind remains calm, positive, and enthusiastic.
Panchkosha Vital Seaths
We, as individual selves, are a microcosmic manifestation of the divine self and are encased in five vital sheaths or centers of consciousness, called pancha kosha. The 5 Koshas are traditionally classified as annamaya (sheath of food), Pranamaya (sheath of vitality), manomaya (sheath of mind), vijnanamaya (sheath of intellect), and anandamaya (sheath of bliss). Our masterful Yoga teachers will teach you all of the five Koshas in detail and how to be aware of these Koshas to take the inner journey to uncover your true self or Atman.
