Her yoga classes run for 1 hour, 3 days a week, totaling 12 sessions per month. She offers flexible timings to accommodate different schedules:
•Monday, Tuesday, Friday — 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM IST
•Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday — 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM IST
•Monday, Tuesday, Friday — 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM IST
