Privacy Policy

We collect information you give us directly, through:

• The course application form (/apply/): name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, date of birth, gender, nationality, country of residence, city, occupation, yoga experience, teaching experience, any medical conditions or injuries you choose to share, your motivation for applying, how you heard about us, and any additional message. Step 1 (program, contact details) is captured even if you do not complete Step 2, so our team can follow up.
• The Info Pack sign-up (footer and course pages): name and email address, so we can send you the curriculum, schedule and price list.
• The contact form: name, email, phone and your message.
• WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, we see your name, phone number and the content of your messages, as with any WhatsApp conversation.
• Automatically: standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) that helps us keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

The medical-conditions field on the application form is sensitive health information. We only ask for it, and only use it, so our teachers can support you safely during physical practice — we never use it for any other purpose, and you are never required to disclose more than you are comfortable sharing.

• To process and respond to your course application.
• To confirm your seat, send deposit and payment details, and communicate about your dates.
• To send the Info Pack and, if you opt in, occasional follow-up emails about upcoming batches.
• To respond to questions sent via the contact form or WhatsApp.
• To protect our forms from spam and abuse (see Security, below).
• To understand how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working (for example, remembering that you have already seen the WhatsApp pulse animation this session) and may use analytics tools to see, in aggregate, which pages are popular and how visitors navigate the site. Analytics data is not linked to the sensitive information in your application unless you submit it through the same session.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still function, though some conveniences (like remembering form progress) may stop working.

• Our team, to review applications and arrange your course, deposit and stay.
• Service providers who send email on our behalf, host our website and database, and provide spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) for our forms — each bound to use your data only to provide that service to us.
• WhatsApp/Meta, when you choose to message us on WhatsApp — governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
• Authorities, only where we are legally required to disclose information.

We keep application and contact data for as long as needed to administer your course and respond to any follow-up questions, and after that for a reasonable period for our administrative and legal records. Info Pack sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Wherever you are in the world, you can ask us at any time to:

• see the personal data we hold about you;
• correct anything that is inaccurate;
• delete your data, except where we are required to keep it; and
• stop sending you marketing emails (every email includes an unsubscribe link).

We are based in India and our systems may be hosted outside your home country. By using our forms, you consent to your information being processed in India and by the service providers listed above.

Our courses are for adults 18 years and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We use industry-standard measures, including spam and bot protection on our forms and access controls on our systems, to protect your information. No online system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
