Refund & Deposit Policy

A deposit reserves your seat once we confirm availability: 30% of your chosen course or retreat price. No payment is required just to apply — we only send a deposit link after your seat is confirmed.

Deposits are non-refundable, but they are always transferable to any future batch, at either campus, within 12 months of your original start date. Plans change — flights fall through, visas take longer than expected — and this rule means a change of date never means losing your deposit outright. Just message us on WhatsApp or email to arrange a transfer.

The remaining course balance is paid in cash or by bank transfer when you arrive at the shala — you never need to pay the full fee in advance. If you choose to pay your balance early by bank transfer, the cancellation tiers below apply to that payment.

• At any time before your batch starts: your deposit is not refunded, but remains available to transfer once to any future batch within 12 months of the original start date.
• 30 or more days before your start date, having already paid your balance: the balance is refunded in full (the deposit remains non-refundable but transferable).
• 14–29 days before your start date: 50% of any balance already paid is refunded.
• Fewer than 14 days before your start date, a no-show, or leaving partway through a course: the balance is not refunded for days not attended; we will still offer a transfer to a future batch at our discretion.

In the rare event that we cancel a batch (for example, due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control), any amount you have paid is not refundable, but is transferable in full to your next preferred batch at either campus.

The same 30% deposit and 12-month transfer rule apply to all retreats and short courses (5-day, 8-day and intensive programs).

$50 off any 100hr course or retreat, $100 off any 200/300hr course when you apply 60+ days before your start date.

Early-bird discounts apply to the course fee, not the deposit, and follow the same transfer and cancellation rules above if your plans change.

Approved refunds are returned using the same method you paid with, and typically take up to 10 business days to appear for bank transfers. Any bank or currency-conversion fees on the original payment are not refundable.
