Benu has spent much of his life traveling and learning from various spiritual gurus as well as taking formal education and training in various aspects. He has a Diploma in Yoga from Kerala University, India and a Diploma from Bihar School of Yoga. His vast formal education and practical experience give students unique insights into the world of yoga, meditation, and spirituality.

Reejo Ji is an E-RYT-500 yoga instructor with 10 years of teaching experience. Certified by Yoga Alliance USA, she was one of the lead trainers at Yoga Vimoksha, Goa, and a yoga and wellness consultant at Sanda Retreats.

Reejo Ji is a 200-hour certified instructor from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Neyyar Dam, Kerala. He then went on to get his 300-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (Primary and Intermediate Series) certification from Ashtanga Yoga Mysore. Reejo Ji also enhanced his meditation techniques with a focus on Osho meditation. Eager to share his knowledge, Reejo Ji aims to focus on the health benefits of yoga while gently guiding his students towards the spiritual aspects of the practise: the importance of preserving the values and essence of classical hatha yoga practise without distorting its purpose. He is also specialised in other yoga styles like Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Aerial Yoga, Laughter Yoga, and Face Yoga.

Ms. DURGESH has been practising yoga for more than 15 years, which she acquired through travelling and learning at many traditional and modern yoga schools. She has developed a new perception of philosophy, meditation, and therapeutic yoga as she has practised them deeply.

She has more than eight years of experience teaching Hatha yoga and tantra yoga. also restorative vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, meditation, pranayama, therapeutic yoga, prenatal yoga, yoga anatomy, asana Asanas Alignment, yoga therapy, shatkarmas, yoga philosophy, Marma therapy, and also Ayurveda.

practising for more than 15 years. She has a one-year diploma in yoga science. She got certifications from Yoga Alliance for 200- and 300-hour TTC courses. She was associated with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations for International Yoga Projects. Also qualified QCI National level 2 exam of Yoga teacher.
